A Seamless Experience

To ensure the best experience in our spa, please refer to the following guidelines.

Payment
The Spa at the Hotel Laura is totally cashless. A hotel Laura room number or a credit card number is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards. Hotel guests may add spa charges to their room bill. 

Personal Circumstances
So that we may provide the best possible service, please inform our staff of any special circumstances associated with your visit, including:

  • Allergies, pregnancy or other medical conditions
  • Personal preferences (gender of service provider, specific service provider, etc.)
  • Special occasions

Arrival Time
To gain the full benefits of your scheduled treatment, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. This will give you ample time to prepare and will result in a more relaxing experience. Treatments begin and end on schedule, and you will be charged the full value of your treatment regardless of your arrival time.

Parking
Parking will be validated up to three hours for non-hotel guests.

Personal Items
Please leave valuables at home, in your hotel room or in the hotel safe. We cannot be responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment is scheduled to begin. Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

Service Charge
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to your total and includes gratuities for your service providers. You have the option to provide additional gratuities if you wish to do so.
